Fiy Kreol does not accept returns, requests for refunds and exchanges due to the nature of the products sold on the website. Please ensure that you are satisfied with the item (s) when delivered.

Exceptions may apply if:

  • An item is deemed faulty or damaged.
  • An incorrect item has been delivered.
  • An item is missing from your order when delivered.

Should any of the above exceptions apply:

  • Unless visibly faulty or damaged, the item must be returned in a saleable condition, including original packaging and product seals unbroken otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted.
  • Delivery fees are not eligible to be refunded under any circumstance.

  • Your order number
  • The email address you used to place an order
  • A clear picture of the products received
  • A clear picture or copy of the invoice/receipt
  • Specify the item(s) affected and the fault or damage with the item(s) (if applicable).
